Hot Air Oven Thermostatic

  • Hot air ovens are widely used in the medical industry to sterilize equipments and other materials that are used in a laboratory.
  • Our hot air oven has a standard double wall fabrication, with the inner chamber being made of richly anodized aluminum or a highly polished stainless steel sheet.
  • The exterior wall is fabricated out of a thick sheet of mild steel, duly finished with white powder coating.
  • The gap between the walls is fitted with special grade glass wool.
  • The apparatus is provided with two or three removable shelves.
  • Kanthal wire heating elements are provided on three sides to attain quick and uniform heating, in the range of 50°C to 180°C ± 2-3°C, which is controlled by a hydraulic type capillary thermostat.
  • An L-shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature.
  • The equipment is suitable for working at 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.

  • These ovens are built for various high temperature drying applications, in laboratories as well as in industries.
  • Our oven has a triple wall fabrication.
  • The inner chamber is made of mild steel or highly polished stainless steel sheet.
  • The exterior wall is fabricated out of a thick sheet of mild steel duly finished with white powder coating or other color combinations.
  • The gap between the walls is fitted with special grade glass wool for heat insulation.
  • The apparatus is provided with two or three removable shelves.
  • A special elegant door closing device has been provided.
  • Temperatures up to 300° C are controlled by a Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller & an air circulating fan.
  • The Control panel is provided with a selector switch for high or low rates of power, a temperature controller and indicators for mains and heat. It is supplied with plug and chord.
  • The equipment is suitable for working at 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.

  • They are painted with hammer tone paint finish.
  • The gap between the walls is fitted with special grade glass wool.
  • Heavy duty forced air blowers are provided to constantly circulate hot air, to achieve uniform temperature in the chamber.
  • Kanthal wire heating elements are provided to attain quick and uniform heating, in the range of 50° C to 250°C ± 2-3°C, controlled by a hydraulic type capillary thermostat.
