  • The temperature ranges from ambient to 100°C, and is controlled by a Hydraulic capillary type thermostat with an accuracy of ± 1°C.

  • The warm tissue floatation bath is the intermediate step between cutting paraffin sections and placing them on slides. A warm water bath allows tissues to relax and smooth out prior to being mounted on a glass slide.

  • It is used for studies on tissue metabolism, enzymes and protein coagulation and other experiments demanding shaking at constant speed under controlled temperature conditions.
  • It has a double walled construction, with the inner chamber and the lid being made of stainless steel, and the outer being made of mild steel which is duly powder coated.
  • The gap between the two chambers is filled with glass wool to prevent loss of heat.

    Constant Temperature Refrigerated Liquid Bath

  • This system is highly sophisticated to provide high cooling/ heating to ensure rapid heat up and cool down times.
  • It has a double walled construction. The outer body is made up of a thick sheet of mild steel which is duly powder coated and the inner chamber is made up of a sheet of 304 grade stainless steel.
  • The lid is also double walled, properly insulated and comes with locking facility.
  • The whole unit is mounted on as sturdy angle iron frame.

  • The cooling coils are brazed to the outer side of the stainless steel chamber, thus ensuring perfect and uniform cooling.
  • The insulation is achieved with PUFF (i.e. polyurethane foam), to prevent any heat loss.
  • For attaining temperatures below the ambient, refrigeration is done through a CFC-free hermetically sealed compressor.
  • For attaining temperatures above the ambient, heating is done with an immersion type heating element.
  • It is fitted with a stirrer for temperature uniformity throughout the chamber.
  • The temperature ranges from -10°C to 90°C and is controlled by a Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum controller with an accuracy of ­­­­­+ 0.5°C.
  • It is workable on 220/230 volts AC Supply.
  • The unit is also fitted with a FHP PUMP for circulating the cooled liquid to an external source such as condenser coils, etc.

    Temperature settings are controlled by feature touch buttons for accurate and precise control and the easy to read LED display show both, set temperature and actual temperature. The probe has a thermostat sensor inside that turns off when it is lifted up and re-starts when placed back in the basin.
